Invitation Letters of PHM 2026
If you require a visa/invitation letter to apply for your visa to travel to the conference, please provide us with the following information via the conference email, and we will prepare the visa/invitation letter for you:
1) First name, Middle name (if any), Last Name;
2) Date of birth;
3) Affiliation;
4) Address of the affiliation;
5) Phone number to reach the attendee;
6) Nationality;
7) Passport number (if this attendee already had his/her passport);
8) Email address to reach the attendee;
9) Paper ID and Paper Title (if this attendee already submitted an abstract or a full paper).
